Site visits
Whilst we appreciate that there are occasions where a site visit is considered necessary, our pricing structure has not been designed to include physical sales calls.
Modern technology – telephone, e-mail, digital photography and CAD systems – allows our product specialists to assess, advise and specify most applications remotely. This helps increase the value of what we do and saves our clients time and money whilst reducing our carbon footprint.
We do however recognise that reassurance on more complex solutions is important for both parties and a visit to confirm the specification will sometimes be necessary. In these circumstances arrangements will be made and a visit undertaken. A charge will be made although the payment will be refundable in full if the order is subsequently placed.
Typical costs are £350.00 plus VAT within 100 miles of Manchester increasing for longer distances but are fully refundable when the order is placed.
We believe this is in the best interests of our clients and the environment as a visit will only be undertaken when absolutely necessary.
